My pet peeve with eating some of these gourmet burgers is that they can’t fit it in my mouth and the toppings pop out of the burger all over my plate.

A couple of weekends ago, I discovered an awesome one at County General on Queen West, in Toronto. Add this one to your list for sure. Flavour, nothing fancy, but a perfect balance between the bun, the aged beef and the fixings (remoulade, dijon and pickle). Order the bacon and cheddar extras – well worth it!
